Serves 1What you need 100 Grams Cocao Butter Chunks 3 Tablespoons Locako Vanilla Creamer (or any flavoured collagen) Liquid Stevia (a few drops) Directions In a pot bring some water to the boil and place a glass bowl on top. Melt down the cacao butter until it’s all liquid. Add 3 tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer and a few drops of liquid stevia. Stir until combined. Place into moulds and refrigerate until set, I left mine overnight.

Serves 12 Serving size 10g powder mix What you need 300g water (coconut milk, almond milk or coconut cream works wonders) Saucepan Gummies moulds Directions Add whole contents of the bag into a sauce pan with liquid of choice Stir until completely dissolved Pour mixture into moulds Refrigerate for an hour Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week Recommended variations To make smaller amounts use 35ml boiling liquid to 1 tablespoon gummie powder.
